Zarina Gabdolova is a co-founder of Venture Georgia driven by a passion for creating impactful change by dedicating her career to working in investment firms and startup accelerators that prioritize making a difference. Her journey began with Seedstars, where she developed digital products, designed comprehensive startup programs, conducted investment analysis and organized events for over 1,000 startups in emerging markets across Europe, Asia, and Africa regions. This role allowed her to directly influence the growth and success of startups, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in areas that need it most.

Building on this experience,during her work at Village Capital, where she supported female-led sustainability startups in Europe tackling environmental challenges, she was instrumental in empowering women entrepreneurs to lead the charge in sustainable innovation, providing them with the resources, mentorship, and networks needed to succeed.

 

Furthering her commitment to impact-driven initiatives, Zarina managed an impact accelerator focused on achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the tech2impact accelerator in Europe. This role involved guiding startups dedicated to addressing global challenges, ensuring they had the support to scale and make a significant difference in their respective fields.

 

Throughout her professional career, Zarina has been driven by the belief that strategic mentorship and investment can transform innovative ideas into powerful solutions for global challenges. She holds a master's degree in Business Management from Vilnius University. With a deep commitment to fostering innovation and sustainability, Zarina continues to seek opportunities to drive positive change through strategic initiatives, empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs to create a better future.
